Shipping & Returns Policy – Dep de Vie

In-Store Pickup

Picking up your order in-store is quick and convenient at our Cedar Pointe Plaza location, with free parking right out front.

  • Online orders for in-store pickup are processed within 4 hours during store hours. Orders placed after hours will be ready within 1 hour of opening the next day.

  • Once your items are ready, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • Please bring valid ID or a copy of your email confirmation when picking up your order.


Online Orders – Canada

At Dep de Vie, we prepare and ship orders promptly.

  • Most orders ship within 24–48 business hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends are prepared and shipped between Monday and Wednesday, depending on staffing and carrier schedules.

  • We ship via Canada Post or UPS, selecting the best option for your order.

  • Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.

  • You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information once your order is processed.

Shipping Fees:

  • Free shipping for Canadian orders over $150.

  • Orders under $150: $15 standard shipping.

  • Taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination.

US Orders

  • Duties and fees are additional and must be prepaid.

  • After placing your order, we will calculate duties and fees and send you an invoice. Payment is required before shipping.

  • Duties and fees are non-refundable.

  • For a quote before ordering, email kelly@depdevie.ca with the products you’re interested in, and we will provide the total cost including duties.

Shipping Disclaimer:

  • We inspect all products before shipping.

  • Dep de Vie is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If this occurs, we will provide documentation and support for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • If we make an error on your order, email kelly@depdevie.ca, and we will correct it at no additional cost.


Returns & Exchanges – Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of purchase or delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition, with tags attached, unopened, unwashed, and unworn, and include proof of purchase.

  • Final sale / non-returnable items: cosmetics, earrings, intimates, swimwear, and sale items.

  • We do not offer price adjustments for sale items.


In-Store Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns, exchanges, or store credit are available within 10 days of purchase.

  • Items must meet all eligibility requirements listed above.


Online Returns & Exchanges

We’re here to support your online purchases. To return or exchange:

  1. Email kelly@depdevie.ca with the subject ONLINE RETURN within 10 days of receiving your item.

    • Include the reason for return/exchange and whether you want a refund or exchange.

  2. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA#). Mark this clearly on your return package.

  3. Ship the item back within 5 days of receiving the RA#.

    • Dep de Vie is not responsible for return shipping costs or duties/customs fees.

  4. Once received and approved, we will process your refund.

    • For exchanges, a new online order must be placed for the replacement item.

  5. You will receive an email confirmation once the return is processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Refunds on Shipping Costs:

  • If Dep de Vie paid shipping (orders over $150), refunds will exclude our shipping cost.

  • If you paid shipping (orders under $150), refunds will exclude the shipping cost incurred.

Online Purchases Returned In-Store:

  • If your online purchase meets all eligibility requirements, you may return or exchange items in-store.

  • Shipping cost policies above still apply.
